	I hereby make an application to the Institute for Information Technology for enrollment in the NCC/LMU Degree Programme, if my application is accepted by the Institute, I understand that the provisions of this application together with the catalogue for the programme shall constitute the agreement between the Institute and me. I have received the catalogue. I understand that the Degree programme is made up of a total of 960 hours which consists of 180 hours of lecture time, 110 hours of Tutorials, 190 hours of Workshop Sessions and 480 hours of Directed and Unsupervised Work. I have read and understood the contents of this form and understand that all the provisions applyig to career are part of my tuition agreement.
