NCC Advanced Diploma in Computer Studies

I hereby make an application to the Institute for Information Technology for enrollment in the NCC International Advanced Diploma in computer Studies, If my application is accepted by the Institute, I understand that the application together with the catalogue for the programme shall constitute the agreement between the Institute and me. I have received the catalogue. I understand that the Advanced Diploma consists of 540 credit hours of training approximately 200 hours lecture/tutorials and 340 hours practical and project. The maximum allowable completion time for the programme is 36 months hours of Directed and Unsurpervised Work. I have read and understood the contents of this form and understand that all the provisions applying to career courses are part of my tuition agreement.
