form is completed and returned to the Administration Dept. at the
Institute for Information Technology at J. M. Mall.
SUPORTING DOCUMENTS: Official transcripts must be
sent from all educational institutes above. (Unofficial, Xeroxed,
transcripts may be used for but enrollment is not final until all
documents have been received).
RECOMMENDATIONS: At least 2 letters of recommendation,
either from an employer or your former Institute be submitted.
PERSONAL STATEMENT: The applicant should provide
a brief statement (100-150words) of evaluation and academic intent.

SECTION E - MSc. PROGRAMME |
|
I here make an application to the Institute Technology for enrollment
in the NCC Post graduate Diploma leading to MSc in Strategic Business
Information Technology from University of Portsmouth, if my application
is accepted by the institute, I understand that the provisions of this
application together with the catalogue for the programme shall constitute
the agreement between the Institute and me. I understand that the MSc
programme spans a total of 18 months which consists of 12 months PgD
and 6 months of dissertation. I have read and understood the contents
of this form and understand that all the provisions applying to career
are part of my tuition agreement. |
